I have heard about these little berries many times before but just have never given them the appropriate attention until now. They caught my eye at the local health food store and so I grabbed a bag of them and did a little research.
Goji Berries contain essential fatty acids and B vitamins. Also vitamin A which is good for your eyesight. They are filled with antioxidants which fight free radicals and boost your immune system. These berries are also said to prevent premature aging.
You can toss them into smoothies, on top or yogurt, in your tea or whatever other creative culinary combinations you can think of.
