For your first meal as the run is rising, snacks throughout the day, or a treat after dinner. So lovely, So good. Enjoy. 

.:You Will Need:.

2 Cups Rolled Oats

1 Cup Dried Shredded Coconut

1 Cup Goji Berries

1/2 Cup Raw Cacao Nibs

1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

1 tsp Cinnamon

Pinch of Salt

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

1/4 Cup Almond Butter

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

1 tsp Vanilla

.:Directions:.

In a large bowl mix oats, dried coconut, goji berries, chia seeds, cacao, cinnamon and salt.

In a separate bowl mix maple syrup, coconut oil, almond butter and vanilla.

Combine mixtures coat evenly. I just mash it all around with my hands!

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in a parchment paper lined 9”x9” pan.
